About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations / Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our securities and investment products across various markets. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, strong operational controls, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvements.
You will work closely with internal teams, regulators, custodians, fund houses, share registrars, and other market counterparties, while also leading and developing the operations team.
Responsibilities
- Own operations across the full lifecycle of securities, derivatives, unit trusts, and IPO subscriptions in various markets.
- Direct daily settlement, transaction processing, and share/stock transfers, covering Bursa Clearing activity and external custody instructions.
- Own the end-to-end corporate action processing and oversee daily custody and position reconciliation.
