Offer services in trading strategy, platform usage support, emotional guidance, and daily trading assistance. Build relationships with clients and achieve KPI goals.
• Proactively explore client potential by leveraging market insights, product offerings, rewards, and services. Utilize various communication methods such as phone calls, in-person visits, in-platform messaging, and Whatsapp messaging to achieve periodic client communication and KYC objectives.
