We're looking for a talented and experienced Product Monetization Manager to join our rapidly growing team.
The Monetization team is at the core of Moon Active’s business and is responsible for driving revenue growth and providing a good game experience to our users. The team works in an extremely fast-paced environment, constantly improving and optimizing in a data driven manner the game experience and performance in order to hit company business goals. The role entails working closely with Data Analysts, Product Managers, Operations Specialists, Designers, and Economists.
Responsibilities
Craft and optimize custom, effective and strategic plans that can help reach business targets.
Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies to drive growth in business KPIs.
Focus on player retention and engagement to ensure high lifetime value.
A/B test content and analyze their performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
