Director Insights & Performance Analytics

Job Purpose

​​​​​​​​The Director Insights & Performance Analytics is responsible for turning analytics outputs into actionable commercial insights, building the visualization and reporting layer that disseminates these insights across the organization, and ensuring they are reflected in the commercial strategy. The role sits at the intersection of the core analytics function, the field organization, and senior commercial leadership, translating complex datasets (claims, EHR, payer, script, marketing engagement, …) into a clear narrative on patient dynamics, HCP behavior, and launch performance.

Your profile

​​​​Major Accountabilities

• Insights generation & patient journey analytics
  • Patient journey insights: Extract and synthesize insights from patient journey analyses, leveraging claims, EHR, payer, script, and other relevant datasets, in close collaboration with the core analytics team
  • Insight translation: Translate analytical outputs into clear, decision-ready narratives for key stakeholders across commercial, medical and senior company leadership
  • Unified data view: Connect findings across data sources to build a unified view of HCP behavior, patient flow, and market dynamics
