Director/Senior Director Market Access Innovation & Strategy

Job Purpose

​​​​The Director / Senior Director, Market Access Innovation & Strategy will shape the development and execution of MoonLake's U.S. access strategy, bringing together payer engagement, evidence generation, patient access design, reimbursement strategy, and innovative solutions to address market access challenges. This individual will work across functions and with external stakeholders to shape launch strategy, optimize patient access pathways, develop compelling value narratives, and leverage data, technology, and emerging AI-enabled solutions to improve coverage, accelerate speed-to-therapy, and enhance the patient and provider experience.

Major Accountabilities

• Payer Engagement & Access Strategy
  • Shape market access and utilization management (UM) account strategy together with internal payer account and analytics teams and external payer experts.
  • Define the payer-facing narrative and engagement strategy, including the value proposition, and build supporting materials (e.g., Payer Value Proposition document, PIE materials,). 
  • Drive HEOR project (and evidence generation) and infuse insights into payer engagement   
• Integrated Regional / Account Access & Commercial execution
