Summary
This role will work closely with a lead attorney on medical malpractice litigation. Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to the following.

- Draft, prepare, and e-file legal documents including pleadings, motions, complaints, affidavits, memoranda, summons, and appellate documents in state and federal court
- Conduct legal research and factual investigation, including applicable state-specific medical malpractice statutes, pre-suit notice requirements, and statutes of limitation; track all key case deadlines
- Request, organize, and summarize medical records; prepare medical chronologies and identify potential standard-of-care issues for attorney review &
