Summary
Our Medical Malpractice department is looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the critical link between clients and our legal teams - guiding clients through a difficult process with empathy while ensuring cases move forward with efficiency and precision.
This role will work out of our Winter Park office, located 1560 N Orange Ave Suite 300, Winter Park, FL, 32789
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through initial case investigation
- Lead the initial investigative case workup — gathering detailed medical histories & documentation needed to support potential malpractice claims and ensuring our case
