Morgan & Morgan’s Employment Law Department is expanding, and we are looking for driven attorneys to resolve employment disputes efficiently—before litigation becomes necessary.
This is a high-volume, fast-moving pre-suit role for attorneys who bring strong legal judgment, sharp negotiation skills, and a relentless focus on moving cases toward meaningful resolution. You will manage an active caseload from intake through settlement, evaluate claims, build early case strategy, communicate directly with clients, prepare demand packages, and negotiate with opposing counsel, employers, and carriers.
