Principal Software Engineer Team Lead - Partner Systems & Integrations

As the Principal Engineer & Team Lead for Partner Systems & Integrations within the Fleet Software Platform group in Singapore, you will lead the engineering team responsible for bridging Motional’s autonomous vehicle fleet with global commercial partner networks.

Moving beyond internal tool management, you will own the architectural strategy, B2B integration surfaces, and operational reliability of our partner-facing ecosystem. You will lead the effort to streamline integration interfaces and decouple internal tools from core fleet services—and lead an elite team of backend and full-stack software engineers to support 100x commercial scale in driverless operations.

What you'll be doing:

• People Leadership & Team Growth: Directly manage, mentor, and grow a team of senior and staff software engineers. Build a high-performance, inclusive engineering culture, manage performance, drive quarterly OKRs, and recruit top engineering talent across Singapore and global time zones.
