We are looking for an Aftersales Customer Support Associate for our Yamaha Division.

You will be called to:

• Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries from customers and the dealer network
• Coordinate and monitor safety recall campaigns, ensuring their timely and accurate execution
• Distribute technical service bulletins and communicate important technical updates to the dealer network
• Support and coordinate the motorcycle homologation process. Maintain and update data in ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
