Senior Account Manager (NYC)

Under the leadership of your Senior Account Director, you’ll be responsible for the overall client satisfaction of assigned accounts, their revenue growth, profitability, and project management. You’ll use your deep understanding of social media strategy to lead the client and our internal team to deliver disruptive creativity. And you’ll identify and execute tactical growth plans to grow the business.

ROLE SPECIFICS

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day relationship, success and growth of our clients.  Internally, you’ll manage our cross-functional team to deliver innovative work. You’ll juggle competing priorities, from budgets to resourcing, as you contribute to assuring agency revenue and profitability. Externally, you’ll manage our clients to the success they dreamed of. You’ll intuit their needs and inspire them with what’s possible.
