EHS Coordinator

JOB TITLE: EHS Coordinator

 REPORTS TO: EHS Supervisor, MSR US

SUMMARY: The EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Coordinator provides daily on-site Safety and Environmental Compliance support to the MSR-FSR Critical Component Solutions Operations facility to ensure protection of people, property and the environment following established processes and fostering cooperative relationships with site leadership and workforce. Operations involve the use of hazardous chemicals, so occasional use of a respirator and an aptitude for chemical safety is important. This role, working closely with the Quality Assurance Team and Operations, is at times a 1-deep position supporting a single facility of approximately 20-90 people, depending upon location, with support of a local safety committee, remote peer support from the EHS Team in the US, and collaboration with the Global EHS Director. As a salaried Management Support role, anticipate 45-50 hours/week, with rare occasion for on call or after-hours support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate with the General Manager and staff to facilitate compliance of OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local regulatory requirements applicable to MSR-FSR’s operations. The job functions listed below are required to be successful
