Senior Product Manager, Merchant

As a Senior Product Manager, Merchant, you will own how Mudflap builds products and experiences for the merchants at the heart of our marketplace. You’ll spend significant time directly with our merchant partners, developing a deep understanding of their businesses, identifying opportunities to create value for both merchants and carriers, and turning those insights into product strategy.

This is a highly external, relationship-driven product role. We’re looking for someone who can independently build credibility with sophisticated partners while bringing the product judgment to look beyond individual requests and identify bigger opportunities. You might hear a merchant describe a business challenge and see the opportunity for a new capability, a better workflow, or a new way for merchants to use pricing and promotions to drive customer behavior.
