About the Program This role is designed for candidates who want to build a long-term career in manufacturing and operations engineering. As a Manufacturing Operations Trainee, you will join our production team and gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, testing, and quality control. Throughout the program, you will receive education support and mentorship, including guidance on what to learn and where to find relevant learning materials, to develop the technical skills required for an Operations Engineer role. The trainee program runs for 12 months and includes:  Learning support tailored to individual skill gaps, including textbooks, online courses, and other learning resources Weekly check-i
