The Role

We're looking for a Tech Lead Manager to lead a small team that owns a developer-facing platform, along with the tools and processes that support the developers who build on it. The team builds the APIs, SDKs, and integration surfaces that let third-party developers and partners create tools and experiences that help our creators meaningfully engage with their audience, as well as the app directory where those tools are discovered and made available.

In this role, you'll combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, setting technical direction for a platform whose primary users are other developers. You'll partner closely with Product and cross-functional stakeholders, bringing your own product thinking to deliver functionality that's meaningful to other engineers, for the platform
