Their services include paid media across Google and Meta, email and SMS marketing, business intelligence, e-commerce development, and fractional CMO leadership. They work closely with growing brands to improve revenue, customer acquisition, ROAS, and overall profitability.
About the Role
The Client Account Manager owns the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of client brands. You'll coordinate across strategy, performance marketing, retention, and operations to make sure client initiatives move forward on time, on budget, and in line with growth objectives. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure and follow-through — someone who can sit in a client check-in, walk out with clear next steps, and make sure every one of them actually gets done.
