Job Description
Your Leadership in Action
- Your opportunity to build a world class Environmental Services division.
- Provide system-wide leadership and oversight, ensuring consistent service standards, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
- Lead, coach, and support the EVS Team by establishing priorities, coordinating staffing and work schedules, sharing best practices, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the system.
- Develop and oversee system-wide attraction and retention plans for EVS to ensure success of operating model.
- Manage key vendor partnerships and contractual relationships.
Qualifications
What’s Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Environmental Services, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Included in the 7 years of experience, must be a minimum of 5 years of experience in linen service, inventory control and regulatory compliance.
