About the role

Summer internships will range between the months of May and September depending on university schedules. Internship is full-time and remote. 1Ls and 2Ls are encouraged to apply; no prior space-law experience is needed.

The small but mighty Legal team at Muon supports every stage of the satellite lifecycle, from spectrum and remote sensing licensing, to commercial and government contracting, to export compliance and corporate matters. Our work spans commercial climate and Earth-observation missions as well as national security and defense programs for customers including NOAA and the U.S. Space Force. As a Legal Intern, you'll get hands-on exposure to commercial space law, regulatory policy, and government contracts while working directly with experienced attorneys and regulatory specialists. No two weeks look the same, and the projects you contribute to will have a real impact on how Muon operates and grows.
