THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Supply Chain Finance Manager to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Sr FP&A Director, this role will serve as Finance’s lead business partner to Murad’s end-to- end supply chain, owning the financial agenda for COGS savings, inventory, and innovation, turning operational choices into measurable gross margin and cash outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong grasp of standard costing, variance analysis, and product P&L economics and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• COGS Savings & Gross Margin value creation
• Lead the annual COGS savings program by building the pipeline, validating business cases, and tracking delivery against budget.
