Location: Chicago, IL | Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: Dealership/service department hours; schedule may include weekdays and Saturdays What You’ll Do Greet customers: Welcome guests as they arrive in the service drive and create a professional, helpful first impression. Direct traffic: Assist with vehicle flow in the service lane and help customers find the right advisor or waiting area. Support the service team: Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and porters to help provide a smooth customer experience. Answer basic questions: Provide clear, friendly assistance and connect customers with the appropriate team member when needed.
