Role Overview

As a Customer Launch Manager in our Launch team, you lead customer onboarding from contract signature to go-live. You take over from Sales and get each new customer live in under 30 days, with as many employees signed up as possible from day one.

You own the journey from signature to launch: set-up, payroll and data readiness, employer communications and the pre-launch sign-up drive. Speed and take-up are what matter. A fast lau
