Casual Housekeepers | Blue Dolphin Resort, Yamba | Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle

Love working locally and looking for hours that fit around your life? Join the friendly team at Blue Dolphin Resort in Yamba and help us create sparkling spaces and memorable stays for our guests.

We’re looking for Casual Housekeepers to join our team, with flexible shifts available across:

  • Housekeeping: between 8am – 3pm
  • Amenities Cleaning: between 3pm – 9pm
  • Flexible shifts to help support your work-life balance

Whether you’re looking for daytime hours, afternoon/evening shifts, or a mix that works around family, study or other commitments, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

Working alongside our Housekeeping team, you’ll help keep Blue Dolphin looking its best by:

  • Cleaning and preparing cabins and accommodation for arriving guests
  • Changing linen, making beds and ensuring bathrooms sparkle
  • Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and keeping indoor and outdoor areas tidy
  • Cleaning and maintaining guest amenities and shared resort spaces
  • Completing mid-stay cleans and housekeeping checklists
  • Reporting any maintenance or safety issues
  • Lending a hand with guest requests and helping create a welcoming resort experience

What you’ll bring

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is great, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
  • A reliable, hands-on approach and an eye for detail
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a busy, supportive team
  • A good understanding of hygiene and safe work practices
  • A friendly, can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to work across weekends and public holidays as required
