We are hiring a Marketing Assistant to support U.S.-based businesses with hands-on marketing execution — managing social media, creating content in Canva, running email campaigns, and keeping marketing workflows organized. If you have real experience executing digital marketing tasks for U.S.-based clients and you're looking for a stable full-time position with real benefits from Day 1 — this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Social Media & Content
- Build, schedule, and publish content across platforms following a defined content calendar.
- Create graphics and social media assets using Canva — reels, posts, and stories.
- Repurpose existing content (videos, blogs, podcasts) into social posts and email formats.
- Email Marketing
- Set up, format, and deploy email campaigns in Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
- Manage lists, track open and click rates, and report on campaign performance.
- Marketing Operations
- Track and report weekly metrics across social media, email, and website channels.
- Support CRM updates, content libraries, and shared asset organization.
- Provide light administrative support alongside marketing tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English — C1 preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing, social media, or content support role — BPO or U.S.-client experience preferred and must be documented on your resume.
- Proficient in Canva — you create professional graphics independently.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, or similar).
- Comfortable with social media scheduling tools and content management systems.
- Familiar with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, or basic performance reporting.
- Your last 3 positions should reflect an average tenure of at least 1 year per role; this will be verified during the screening process.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
Benefits
- Compensation: S/ 2,200 – S/ 2,500 per month based on experience.
- Immediate payroll enrollment from Day 1 — fully registered under Peruvian labor law (Régimen General).
- 100% statutory benefits — CTS, gratificaciones, vacaciones, and AFP/ONP contributions per Peruvian regulations.
- Private health insurance — Rímac EPS coverage from the start.
- Long-term career placement with a single dedicated U.S. client.
- Fixed U.S. business hours — no rotating shifts.
- Exposure to U.S. business standards, tools, and professional culture.
- Career growth opportunities — many of our Associates grow with the same client for years.
