You are a hands-on network engineer with a strong foundation in enterprise wireless technologies and a desire to deepen your expertise in RF design, wireless deployment, and troubleshooting. You enjoy solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and seeing projects through from assessment and design to implementation and validation.

You are detail-oriented, curious, and committed to continuous learning. You communicate clearly, document your work thoroughly, and collaborate effectively with senior engineers, project teams, and customers. You take ownership of your responsibilities while knowing when to ask questions, escalate challenges, and leverage the expertise of those around you.
