Senior IT Infrastructure Lead

About the Role We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Lead to provide full-time, on-site IT support for our Bangalore VLSI design center and its growing team of design engineers. This is a hands-on senior role covering end-user computing (Windows/Mac/Linux), enterprise networking, and server and cloud infrastructure, working as part of the broader Mythic IT function. The role coordinates closely with Mythic HQ IT on standards, security, infrastructure, tools, and support processes, and follows global IT policies and architecture rather than defining separate local processes. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on senior engineer who can manage local vendor relationships and act as the local resource and liaison for India IT needs. Key Responsibilities Site IT Operations & Global Coordination Provide and own day-to-day, on-site IT support for the design center and act as the local point of contact and liaison for IT matters; implement and follow Mythic's global IT policies, asset management processes, and support standards rather than defining separate local processes; coordinate closely with Mythic HQ IT/security teams on standards, security, infrastructure, tools, support processes, audits, and compliance; manage local vendor relationships for hardware, software, networking, and EDA licensing; support and coordinate any additional India-based IT resources as part of the broader Mythic IT function.
