Growth Marketing Manager - Influencers & Affiliates

Influencer and Affiliates Marketing

• Primary focus will be defining, optimizing and executing our Affiliate and Influencer marketing strategy, ensuring total alignment with our business goals and local market nuances.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Spanish Affiliate and Influencer network, including pipeline building, relationship management, negotiation, and performance optimization.
• Conduct data-driven research and analysis to support decision-making and provide the insights needed to scale channel performance. This includes deep dive analysis on acquisition rates, costs, profitability, product penetration and long term retention,&l
