Marketing Program Manager

About the opportunity

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Program Manager to join the Growth Operations team and serve as the central engine behind N26’s most visible marketing initiatives. In this role, you will own and drive complex, multi-channel marketing projects end-to-end - ranging from major product launches to brand awareness campaigns, social media initiatives, and lifestyle/sponsorship drives. Acting as a strategic partner from ideation to execution, you will work hand-in-hand with Product and Brand Marketers to navigate the marketing lifecycle and bring our value propositions to life.

As we expand our scope in the coming year, you will serve as the operational backbone of the marketing department: aligning cross-functional domains, chasing deliverables, navigating legal and compliance requirements, and keeping senior stakeholders moving toward strict deadlines.
