Why We Need You
Payers are critical to how we expand access to care and build a new model of healthcare delivery.
We believe our care model creates the opportunity to move toward alternative payment models that better align reimbursement with outcomes and the full value of care we deliver.
We’re looking for a VP of Payer Strategy to own this transition.
You will own our payer strategy end-to-end: building relationships with health plans, expanding and improving our contracts, developing our payer-facing value proposition, and designing new reimbursement models.
This is a highly strategic and highly executional role. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to build the payer function from the ground up.
