Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
• 15+ years of experience in Solution Architecture
• Expert in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices and distributed systems
• Hands-on with AWS Cloud Architecture, scalability, security, resiliency and DevOps
• Experience in AI Application Solution Design, GenAI, LLM, RAG and AI Agents
• Knowledge of AI SDLC and AI adoption across software development
• Hands-on knowledge of modern Frontend and Mobile technologies
• Expertise in NoSQL databases and distributed data architectures
• Experience in end-to-end architecture across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Cloud, Data and AI
• Experience with Architecture Reviews, Technology Assessments and POCs
• Client-facing experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to identify technical risks, scalability challenges and technical debt
• Experience guiding engineering teams on architecture and implementation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define end-to-end architecture across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Cloud, Data and AI
• Lead Java, Microservices and AWS architecture initiatives
• Design scalable, secure and resilient cloud-native solutions
• Advise clients and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders
• Drive AI/GenAI solutioning and AI adoption across the SDLC
• Lead architecture reviews, technology assessments and POCs
• Guide engineering teams on architecture, design and implementation
• Identify and address technical risks, scalability issues and technical debt
• Ensure adherence to security, performance, scalability and architecture standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
