Job Summary:
The Revenue Cycle Trainer plays a vital role in delivering effective, engaging training programs to new and existing team members across all areas of revenue cycle operations. This position focuses on creating practical, role-specific content, facilitating learning sessions, and supporting employees in developing the knowledge and confidence needed to perform their jobs accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured onboarding and skills-based training programs using a variety of formats (instructor-led, virtual, blended).
• Develop or update training materials, job aids, process guides, and assessments based on subject matter expert (SME) input and operational needs.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to understand evolving workflows and translate them into clear, actionable training.
• Provide ongoing learner support through coaching, Q&A, and follow-up sessions.
• Participate in quality audits and identify knowledge gaps that can be addressed through training.
