Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (Final offer reflecting the candidate's skills, relevant experience, and professional background)
Schedule: PRN / As Needed | Flexible Shifts Available

What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity and independence
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being
- Assist with meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
- Support residents with transfers, ambulation, and other mobility needs
- Document care provided according to community policies and procedures
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional care
- Foster meaningful connections with residents and their families
What We're Looking For
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
- Ability to provide exceptional service while maintaining resident dignity and respect
- Ability to read and speak English
