Position Overview:
NaturalMotion is looking for a talented and passionate Meta Designer to join our London studio, helping shape the combat experience for our first-person shooter mobile title. This role focuses on designing and managing metagame, live, and progression features to create a satisfying and sustainable mobile experience.
You will own key metagame features from conception through live, coordinating with design, art, UX, engineering, and product management throughout the whole process. As a live game you will need to design features with iteration and extensibility in mind and analyze live data to expand and improve your features over time.
