Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Recruiter to join our team, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical & non-technical talent. As an Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding the best candidates to join our growing team.

- Assessment: Utilize appropriate assessments (e.g., skills tests, personality tests) to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Offer negotiation: Extend competitive offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
- Onboarding: Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
