Position Summary 

The Project Controls Specialist II supports the Carlsbad Technical Assistance Contractor Project Controls team by overseeing, maintaining, and reporting Earned Value data for Carlsbad Field Office participants. The position also supports development and maintenance of the Federal Site Life Cycle Estimate and serves as a local backup Primavera Administrator to maintain continuity of critical Primavera P6 functions. 

This role applies advanced Primavera P6 and Cobra cost management expertise to project controls activities for the Management and Operating Contractor, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and Sandia National Laboratories control accounts. The specialist monitors and analyzes cost, schedule, and perform
