The Senior Relationship Manager will build and manage Nawy UAE's network of developers, brokerages, mortgage and referral partners. The role turns introductions into working partnerships through clear agreements, trained teams, reliable handoff, accurate follow-up and measurable account performance.
About the role:
This role is the day-to-day owner of Nawy UAE's commercial relationship network. You will develop senior relationships, manage and deliver commercial and operational requirements, and keep each partner moving from an initial conversation to an active working relationship. Nawy UAE leadership will retain executive positioning, major commercial decisions and sensitive escalations. You will provide the operating rhythm that makes those relationships productive and scalable.

• Build and prioritize a pipeline of developers, brokerages, mortgage providers and referral partners, with clear decision-makers, next steps and commercial potential.
