Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping the product vision and strategy for the cloud-based technology platform at Neighborly Software, a platform that is transforming the administration of affordable housing and community development programs. As a Senior Product Manager (SPM), you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your areas of the platform — from discovery and definition through launch, adoption, and iteration — with particular focus on the financial operations, and platform scalability capabilities our customers depend on. The role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
