Headquartered in Atlanta, GA we offer a cloud-based technology platform for the administration and disbursement of governments funds for programs such as Housing, Economic, Community Development, Disaster Recovery/MIT, Home Energy Rebate Programs, and Housing Choice Voucher programs.

We are looking for a hands-on Staff Engineer to set the technical direction for our next-generation, enterprise platform. As one of our most senior individual contributors, you will architect and build cloud-native solutions, raise the bar on engineering quality across teams, and lead how we adopt AI throughout the software development lifecycle. We are a Claude shop – we build with Anthropic’s Claude and Claude Code every day – and we’re looking for an engineer who is excited to help us do that responsibly and at scale.
