Role Purpose

Neko Health is expanding into the US market, and this role is being created to make sure staffing, shift structures, and labor resources keep pace with that growth without compromising service levels or cost efficiency.

This is first and foremost a strategic, data-driven role. The Workforce Management Lead will analyze and understand Neko's labour performance and measuring end to end — from raw operational data through to the strategic staffing and cost decisions that data should drive — and will explore AI-enabled ways to structure and organize the workforce, rather than defaulting to manual or legacy scheduling methods.
