About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Operations Manager to own staffing, capacity planning, and resource operations across our creative studio.

You'll work closely with Creative Producers, creative leads, and company leadership to make sure every project has the right team in place at the right time. You'll maintain a clear view across active and upcoming work, identify capacity constraints and scheduling conflicts, and help the studio make better staffing decisions as priorities shift.
