DevOps Engineer
At Neostella, our mission is to empower legal teams to work smarter, faster, and more reliably through advanced technology solutions that streamline operations and improve efficiency. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build, maintain, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
This role combines hands-on technical expertise in AWS, infrastructure automation, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines with proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving. You will collaborate closely with development teams to improve application performance, security, and reliability while supporting our cloud-native environment. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled, collaborative professional who enjoys solving complex problems, automating processes, and contributing to a growing technology organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to improve and accelerate software deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using AWS CDK.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to maintain high availability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance and security.
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, and containerized environments.
- Support incident response and infrastructure maintenance to ensure reliable application performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar position.
- Strong familiarity with AWS services and Azure.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of networking, security best practices, and system monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
