People Manager - Venezuela

NeoWork is seeking a dedicated and passionate People Manager to oversee our human resources functions in Venezuela. The People Manager will be the key point of contact for all employee-related matters and will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.

This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with local labor laws. • Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR matters and company policies.
• Lead the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Develop and implement performance management processes that drive employee engagement and professional development.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and implement programs to foster a positive work environment.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in Venezuela
