Marketing Technology, AI & Digital Experience Lead

Your mission

We are looking for a Marketing Technology, AI & Digital Experience Lead to own the technology, platforms, and digital experiences that power Neptune Software's global marketing engine.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology, creativity, AI, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for the overall health, performance, and evolution of our digital ecosystem—from our corporate website and marketing technology platforms to AI-powered workflows and digital experiences that support awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.

Working closely with Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Design, and IT, you will translate marketing strategy into seamless digital execution. You'll be the person who makes ideas happen—building digital experiences, implementing new technologies, automating repetitive work, and helping our marketing organization become increasingly AI-enabled.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about modern web technologies, marketing operations, artificial intelligence, and continuously improving how marketing teams work.
