We're looking for a deeply analytical Staff Marketing Manager to help our customers navigate some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, from choosing a credit card to refinancing a loan to building an emergency fund.

In this role, you will operate as a lead individual contributor who owns the email and push notification channel end-to-end, from strategic planning through execution, testing, and scaled program management. You’ll create and manage email and push notifications in partnership with creative and data science, optimizing for business and customer outcomes via personalization and data driven insights. You will lead through influence - partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design to shape system architecture, run rigorous A/B tests, and build experiences that move business metrics. As the primary driver of chan
