What you will be doing
The Order Management Coordinator will support the administration and execution of customer orders from receipt through fulfillment. This role will serve as a central point of coordination for sales order entry, purchase order review, order changes, delivery tracking, and routine customer order communications. This role will work cross-functionally with Business Development, Program Management, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure orders are accurately entered, required reviews are completed, changes are properly incorporated, and order status remains visible throughout the fulfillment process.
