Job Description

We are looking for a Business Consultant who is motivated by creating solutions that make a real difference for our many clients. You will have the opportunity to work across industries, applying your expertise to help some of Denmark’s most exciting companies develop and strengthen their business.

Responsibilities

At Netcompany, we pride ourselves on a culture built around high agility, low hierarchy, fast decision-making, and strong team spirit.

We develop solutions for a wide range of clients, from smaller private companies to large-scale public sector projects. Regardless of the project size, you as a Business Consultant will make a noticeable impact together with some of the industry’s most talented colleagues.

We are looking for a Business Consultant with a strong and well-documented interest in digitalisation to support initiatives related to user involvement, training, benefits realisation, process optimisation, and change management. Your work will be tied to our large-scale projects across both the public and private sectors.

As a Business Consultant, you will help ensure that Netcompany’s IT projects are successfully anchored within our clients’ organisations and business processes. You will also play a key role in making sure users have the right capabilities and readiness, so that both users and the organisation are fully prepared when new solutions go live.

The role is diverse and dynamic. Your responsibilites will typically include:

  • Supporting clients with change management initiatives.
  • Preparing user guides and training materials, as well as conducting user training sessions.
  • Performing analyses and reporting on organisational change readiness.
  • Mapping processes and facilitating workshops with clients.
  • Defining benefits tracking models and preparing communication plans.
  • Building strong domain knowledge by participating in and facilitating analysis work, testing, and refinement activities.

About you

You actively seek understanding by asking questions and encourage learning through curiosity and dialogue. Deadlines do not intimidate you and you are willing to go the extra mile when needed. To succeed in this role, you:

  • Are either a recent graduate or have a few years of experience — ideally working at the intersection of IT, business, and organisation, for example as an IT project manager or consultant.
  • Have an interest in IT and digitalisation.
  • Hold a relevant master’s degree, such as Cand.merc., Cand.it., Cand.scient., or similar.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and are fluent in both Danish and English.
  • Have experience working professionally with PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.

Continue developing with us
At Netcompany, we focus on your personal and professional development.

When you join us, you will be assigned a personal mentor who will guide you through your development and help you achieve your goals. Additionally, you will be enrolled in our internal training programme, Netcompany Academy, where you are offered courses and seminars on everything from technologies to customer management. All courses are taught by experienced Netcompany colleagues, ensuring that all content is highly relevant and builds upon your professional skills, preparing you for various tasks and continuously improving your expertise throughout your career with us.
