You’ll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.

What You'll Do:

• Own strategic accounts: Serve as the single point of contact for our highest‑value customers, from onboarding through renewal and expansion.

• Be the voice of the customer: Deeply understand and advocate for the most pressing needs of our customers, ensuring this is a north star across the company.

• Define & track ROI: Establish metrics—booked revenue, marketing revenue, ticket value lift—and build dashboards that prove Netic’s impact quarter over quarter.
