We're looking for a Founding Recruiting Coordinator who can turn a chaotic hiring process into a well-oiled machine — someone with the cognitive horsepower to hold a hundred moving pieces in their head, the attention to detail to never drop one, and the instincts to make every candidate feel like they matter. You'll sit close to the founders and the People team, own the operational backbone of how we hire, and build the exact muscle — speed, precision, judgment under pressure — that defines great operators at the best AI companies coming out of Silicon Valley.
