We are now expanding our ambitious and high-performingRecruitment & Growth team with a selfdriven individual who wants to be an essential part of growing of one of Europe’s leading IT consultancies.   The Role Your main responsibility will be tech-recruiting (end-to-end). Additional areas you will be working within are talent management, business development, sales, data-driven growth strategies, university marketing, employer branding, event management, DEI, and project management based on your strengths and interests. You will be responsible for managing the whole process from the very first contact to a world-class onboarding. This involves networking, sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and other activities that connect to a long-term sustainable and successful growth of Netlight.
