About This Job:

We're looking for a Director of Operations to be the operational backbone of a fast-growing, next-generation MSP. You'll own the systems, processes, and people functions that keep us running at scale, from building and codifying SOPs to running a best-in-class recruiting function, ensuring service delivery keeps pace with sales growth, and relentlessly driving client value to keep churn as low as possible.
