About the Role

Network Right is growing fast, and we want to scale with intention. Our team is our greatest asset, and we are looking for our first dedicated People Operations hire to help us take care of the people behind it all. This is an exciting time to step in, update our People Ops function, and shape the future of our workplace culture.

This is a mixed role, roughly split between People Operations for the whole company and office support for our San Francisco HQ, giving you broad exposure across HR, employee experience, and day-to-day operations as we scale. You'll be the first point of contact for employees on all things People, and you'll be trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion, eliminate friction in our processes, and build and update playbooks for the team.
